As a photographer, I find myself drawn to photos taken in extreme lighting conditions. I particularly love what happens with photography in the darkness....when all you can see is a little sliver of your subject. Stage lighting is always great for this. I also love streetlights, headlights, and candle light. The more difficult the lighting conditions, the more interesting photos I can make. I like the way darkness lets you fill in the story with your imagination.
